Multi-Asset Range
What do we mean by multi-asset?
At Insight, our multi-asset solutions have become one of our core functions. With an average of 10 years of investment experience (as at 31 March 2008), we have one of the most experienced and stable Multi-Asset Groups in the City of London. Our Multi-Asset Group has a diverse yet complementary background of experience that we believe adds another layer of strength to our process. Each member of the group brings different skills, including those of fund manager, strategist, quantitative analyst and equity analyst, ensuring that prospective underlying fund managers are scrutinised from several different perspectives.
We also have a comprehensive range of fund of funds which can be suitable for those looking for income or capital growth as well as those seeking a combination of the two. The team manage six funds:
· Diversified Target Return Fund (DTR)
· Diversified High Income Fund (DHI)
· Diversified Dynamic Return Fund (DDR)
· Wealth Builder Balanced Fund (WBB)
· Global Diversified Return Fund (GDR)
· UK Dynamic Managed Fund
Our approach
We use a rigorous investment process, which allows our dedicated Multi-Asset Group to continuously monitor around 5,000 funds, then identify the select few whose investment team and process are best positioned to deliver strong performance.
Why choose a multi-asset fund?
Ready-made portfolio
Each of our multi-asset funds may typically include up to 20 different individual funds – a whole portfolio in a single fund.
No legwork
You don’t have to research and monitor fund managers to see who’s performing well. Our dedicated Multi-Asset Group can assess around 5,000 different funds.
Cost-effective
Thanks to our size and scale, we can negotiate competitive charges on the funds we choose to invest in.
Total freedom
Unlike some other fund managers, we don’t include our own funds in our multi-asset strategies so our fund selection is completely unbiased.
Less paperwork
Instead of contending with lots of different fund reports, you receive one consolidated report every six months with full details of your investment.
