Insight colleagues are actively involved in our charitable giving programme. Here are a few of the ways our people participate...
Insight Charity of the Year
At Insight, staff select a Charity of the Year which in 2013/2014 is Alzheimer's Research UK, the UK's leading dementia research charity. It specialises in funding world-class research at leading universities to find better forms of diagnosis, preventions, treatment and, hopefully, a cure for Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.

Insight colleagues have been fundraising to support two research projects. "Detecting early changes in the brain in Alzheimer's" is a project being undertaken by Dr Elizabeth Coulthard at the University of Bristol which started in May 2013 and will take approximately 24 months to complete. Thanks to the enormous generosity of all our colleagues and the match funding provided by BNY Mellon, we reached our fundraising target early and have now pledged to support a second project: "Inflammation in Alzheimer's - searching for genetic clues" which started in September 2013 and is being led by Dr Angela Hodges at King's College London.
Supporting other charities
Through our partnership with BNY Mellon, we also support a number of other charities such as Macmillan's, Cancer Research UK, Jeans for Genes, Wear it Pink and the Prince's Trust.
Our volunteering policy provides Insight colleagues the opportunity to volunteer on company time. This can be through our chosen charity or for other causes close to their hearts.
