Account maintenance

Change of address

When a client moves they should inform us of their new address in writing to:

Advisers are also able to advise us of change of client address in writing or by sending a fax on 0845 777 2233. Change of address information sent by advisers must be sent on their company's letterhead paper and include the client's personal reference number.

Income Payments

Clients can select income payments on all of our income funds. Details of which of our funds provide an income can be found in the key features document or product brochure.

Income payments can be made directly into a client's bank account by BACS. To use this facility, clients need to complete the income section on the application form.

Income Paid

Income is paid out on the following dates:

Fund name Payment dates
Equity High Income 15th January, 15th April, 15th July, 15th October
Monthly Income On the 15th of each month
Monthly Income Bond On the 15th of each month

UK Corporate Bond

15th March, 15th June, 15th September, 15th December
UK Alpha 15th November
UK Small Cap 15th June, 15th December

Change of name

If an account holder wishes to change their account name into either their married or maiden name we'll need a certified copy of either their Marriage Certificate or Decree Nisi.

Transferring shares

To transfer holdings to another client, a completed stock transfer form is required for each holding. The application needs to be completed with the number of shares to be transferred, the name of the fund, the details of the new holder and the signature of the existing holder. Advisers should attach a covering letter with the stock transfers and stamp each form to ensure they are linked to the new holdings. Copies of the stock transfer form can be obtained by calling our Financial Adviser Line. (0845 850 6050).

Change of servicing adviser

If a client changes their financial adviser, a letter of authority signed by the client should be sent to us. A letter confirming this change will be sent to both the new and old adviser as well as the client.
