Vote Outcome

We are pleased to announce that at a series of Extraordinary General Meetings held on the 27th July 2007 investors approved the following proposals:

  1. A change to the investment objective and policy of the Insight Investment Wealth Builder High Income Fund - as a result, the name changes to the Insight Investment Diversified High Income Fund.
  2. A change to the Investment policy of the Insight Investment Wealth Builder Growth Fund - as a result, the name changes to the Insight Investment Diversified Dynamic Return Fund.
  3. A change to the investment objective and policy of the Insight Investment Wealth Builder Balanced Fund.
