Vote Outcome
We are pleased to announce that at series of shareholder meetings held on
the 22 February 2008 investors approved the following proposals:

To change the investment policy of the Insight Investment UK Equity Fund and
to change the fund name to Insight Investment UK Alpha Fund, with effect from
29th February 2008.

For the merger of A and B share classes of Insight Investment Asia Pacific
Equity Fund, Insight Investment Japan Equity Fund and Insight Investment US
Equity Fund into Insight Investment Global Alpha Fund, with effect from 1st
March 2008.

For the merger of A and B share classes of Insight Investment European Equity
Fund into Insight Investment European Alpha Fund, with effect from 8th March
2008.

Finally, for the merger of A and B share classes of Insight Investment
European Ethical Fund into Insight Investment Evergreen Fund, with effect from
8th March 2008.

We will provide investors with details of their new holdings in writing within
14 days of the relevant effective date of the merger.
