Joining Insight

We are looking to recruit a small number of numerate graduates to join our two-year training programme. You’ll work across a range of front and back office disciplines as an assistant or junior analyst.   Dependent upon your ambition and evolving ability, options could include our renowned fixed income team, our dynamic equity team and the investment operations team.

You’ll gain broad experience of all aspects of our business before making a decision about where you’d like to specialise for your career.   This will also include relevant training to support your development.
