The selection process
The selection process consists of three main stages:

The application form – which you complete and send to our screening centre for initial selection.

The assessment – where we will look for evidence of your skills and suitability for progressing through to a successful career in investment management.

The interview – where our senior managers will talk through your experiences, skills and ambitions to determine that you’ll fit in to our organisation.
Along the way we’ll be looking particularly at your communication, teamworking and analytical capabilities – all vitally important in our business. We’re looking for people who will thrive and flourish in our rapidly changing environment.
