Fund Changes

Information regarding changes to Insight Investment UK OEIC Fund Range, Insight Investment Multi-Manager Funds ICVC, and Insight Investment Portfolio Funds ICVC

Following a recent review of our fund range, the following changes have been approved by shareholders:

• Wealth Builder Growth Fund – A change of fund name to Diversified Dynamic Return Fund and change of investment policy.
• Wealth Builder High Income Fund– A change of fund name to Diversified High Income Fund and change of investment objective and policy.
• Wealth Builder Balanced Fund– A change of investment objective and policy.

The changes will provide the funds with:

• a more flexible investment approach,
• an investment proposition more closely aligned to customer needs,
• the potential to produce more attractive returns.

As a consequence, we believe we can grow the size of the funds thereby reducing the proportion of the funds made up of fixed costs, so passing on proportionately lower expenses to shareholders.

The proposed changes will take effect on 26 October 2007.
