The need for transparency
There is growing, pressure on institutional investors to be more accountable for their shareholder activism. In Insight's case, this accountability is owed principally to our pension, life assurance and investment fund clients; the customers and beneficiairies who invest in these funds; and to the companies in which we invest.
Insight therefore publishes regular briefings on aspects of governance and corporate responsibility. These include reports of our engagement with companies, how we integrate these issues in investment decision-making, and our analysis of trends and issues.
