Insight Investment has appointed Michael Pinggera as head of its Multi Asset Group – the team behind Insight’s “Diversified” range of funds.

Michael joined Insight on 7 January 2009 and reports to Reza Vishkai, head of Alternatives. As head of the Multi-Asset Group, Mike will oversee and engage in the active management, investment selection and portfolio construction of Insight’s Multi-Asset range of funds. He will also play a key role in the further development of Insight’s multi-asset range across a range of geographies and distribution channels. The Multi-Asset Group will continue to access the expertise of Insight’s investment platform including its wider absolute return, strategy and research teams.

Michael was previously with Credit Suisse where he was head of Multi Asset Class Solutions, managing a team of 14 and a multi-billion pound business. He has 20 years industry experience and most recently was responsible for developing Credit Suisse’s multi-asset investment strategy for institutions and private clients.
