Insight Investment has announced that Colm McDonagh has joined its Fixed Income team as Head of Emerging Markets.
Reporting to Adrian Grey, Head of Fixed Income, Colm, who has twelve years experience in this asset class, joins from Hydra Capital Management, having previously been Head of Global Emerging Market Debt at Aberdeen Asset Management.
Adrian Grey commented: “Colm’s appointment reinforces our commitment to emerging markets as an asset class and as a source of alpha for our wider fixed income business. His experience in both mainstream asset management and latterly with alternative investment strategies further adds to our existing proposition in emerging markets.”
