    As Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Abdallah leads the development of Insight’s strategic business plan. Abdallah was appointed Chief Investment Officer (CIO) in September 2003 with overall responsibility for the investment management team, and in June 2006 was appointed Deputy Chief Executive.

    In July 2007, Abdallah became Insight’s CEO, while retaining his position as CIO. Abdallah has over 25 years’ industry experience. He has overseen the transformation of Insight from a traditional investment manager to a specialist solutions provider across LDI, fixed income and absolute return. During this time, the scope and complexity of Insight’s business and governance structures has evolved significantly. As a result, in 2016, Abdallah relinquished his CIO responsibilities, to focus on the role of CEO.

    Abdallah’s previous roles include CIO (fixed income) at Rothschild Asset Management and Head of Fixed Income for Schroder Investment Management Limited in London.

    Abdallah holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from New England College, an MS in Information Systems and an MBA in Finance and Investments from George Washington University. Abdallah also holds his Series 3 license and is an Associated Person with the National Futures Association.

    Mark is Insight’s Chief Executive Officer, North America, responsible for supporting the firm’s US strategy and leading the US management committee.

    Mark joined Insight in October 2007 as Head of Operations managing both the internal and outsourced operations capabilities. He then additionally took responsibility for Insight’s Corporate Risk Team in 2009, where he led the re-development of the risk framework across the firm. In July 2011, he transferred into the Distribution Division to lead the institutional client teams to focus on client service before becoming Head of Product Strategy in January 2014. He additionally took on responsibility for Corporate Strategy in April 2015 and focused exclusively on this from November 2017. Mark joined the Executive Management Committee in May 2016 and assumed his current role as Chief Executive Officer, North America in September 2018.

    Prior to joining Insight, Mark worked at Ernst & Young, in their Advisory Services Group focused on leading projects for UK and European investment managers. Mark began his career at Threadneedle in 1994, where he spent over ten years in different management roles within their Operations division.

    He holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics from the University of Manchester.

    Danielle joined Insight in April 2017 as Chief Operating Officer, North America.

    Prior to Insight, Danielle was the Business Manager for Nuveen’s global business development efforts which included both institutional and retail channels outside the US and sales teams based in Canada, Europe, and Latin America. Before joining Nuveen, Danielle spent 15 years at AllianceBernstein serving in a number of business development and management roles. At AllianceBernstein, Danielle was responsible for designing, building and managing the firm’s international client facing sales support and marketing teams. In this function, she also managed a team of 65 people, comprised of both internal sales and marketing professionals in 21 countries. Her team, coupled with the senior sales professionals in each market, was directly responsible for the acquisition and retention of over $44bn in assets under management.

    Danielle holds a BA from Gettysburg College, and an MA from New York University. She also holds the Series 7 and Series 24 licenses from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

    Adrian joined Insight in April 2003 as Head of European Fixed Income following the acquisition of Rothschild Asset Management Limited (RAM).

    In September 2003, he was appointed Deputy Head of Fixed Income and in 2005 became Head of Fixed Income. Adrian joined the Executive Management Committee in October 2012 and in 2016, he became Chief Investment Officer – Active Management. In September 2018, Adrian took on his current role as Global Chief Investment Officer responsible for the oversight of the firm’s investment management teams.

    Before joining Insight, he was a Director in the Fixed Income Team at RAM focusing on European research and global portfolios. Prior to joining RAM in 1994, he spent four years working in bond sales for UBS Phillips & Drew and three years managing international bond portfolios at ARCA, Milan.

    He has a BA honours degree in Economics and Politics from Warwick University and an MA in International Economics and International Relations from Johns Hopkins University in the US.

    As Insight’s Chief Investment Officer (US), Alex has investment oversight and responsibility for all aspects of Insight’s investment activities in the US. Additionally, Alex has oversight of Insight’s global credit strategy framework, credit underwriting process and teams as well as responsibility for managing fixed income portfolio management teams covering US fixed income and alternative credit strategies, including leveraged finance and secured finance.

    Alex joined Insight’s London office in 2007 and has held various senior level positions within the Fixed Income Group. In April 2015, Alex relocated from London to New York to oversee the integration of a US credit business and spearhead the expansion of Insight’s US investment capability.

    Alex began his career at Gulf International Bank (formerly Saudi International Bank) in 1997, later becoming Head of Credit. He holds a first class equivalent MSc in Quantitative Economics from Tilburg University in the Netherlands, is fluent in English, Dutch, German and Swedish and is a CFA charterholder.

    Angus joined Insight in July 2017 as Global Head of Distribution. Prior to Insight, Angus was Global Head of Distribution at Barings Asset Management with responsibility for 11 regional offices across Asia, Europe, Middle East and North and South America.

    Angus began his career in asset management in 1993 at HSBC Asset Management, based in Hong Kong. He later joined Invesco in London as Director of Marketing and Product Development and, following the acquisition of Perpetual, was responsible for creating the combined brand and product strategy for Invesco Perpetual. In 2003, Angus became a founding partner of Gartmore Investment Management and occupied the role of Head of Global Institutional business, refocusing the business towards high alpha and alternatives and successfully building an institutional client base. Following a two-year stint as the CEO of a hedge fund and private equity business, he joined Barings.

    Angus holds a Masters degree from Aberdeen University.

    Jack joined Insight in June 2018 as Head of Distribution, North America with responsibility for distribution and client service in the US.

    Prior to Insight, Jack spent six years at Aberdeen Standard as Head of United States Distribution, where he was responsible for the region’s business development activities. From 2007, Jack was co-head of global institutional sales at PineBridge Investments, responsible for the US and Japanese business development. Before joining PineBridge, he spent eight years as senior vice president at GE Asset Management, where he established global distribution and oversaw the consultant relations team; and 11 years as vice president at Diversified Investment Advisors, a subsidiary of Aegon USA.

    Jack is Vice President of the British American Business College and a Merrimack College board member. He is also a past board member of the Alzheimer’s Association. Jack holds a BA in Psychology from Merrimack College, North Andover, Massachusetts and also holds his FINRA Series 7, 63 and 24 licenses.

    Atul joined Insight as Head of Investment Operations in February 2003 following the acquisition of Rothschild Asset Management Limited (RAM). He was appointed Chief Operating Officer and Board Director in June 2004 and Chief Finance Officer in February 2005.

    He had worked at RAM since April 2000 as Head of Operations and Technology. Previously he was a member of the internal consultancy team at JP Morgan Investment Management and was Director of Business Projects at Baring Asset Management.

    Atul qualified as a chartered accountant, having completed his training at Binder Hamlyn. He holds a degree in Economics and Accountancy.

    Cliff joined Insight and the Executive Management Committee in January 2015 following BNY Mellon’s acquisition of Cutwater Asset Management (Cutwater).

    Cliff joined Cutwater, a solutions-based fixed income manager, in 1994, where he helped to build the firm to approximately $20bn in assets under management. Prior to joining Cutwater, Cliff served as a senior fixed income portfolio manager at Alliance Capital Management. Throughout his career he has also served as a credit analyst, lender, restructuring specialist, trader and chief investment officer.

    Cliff was an early pioneer in the secured and credit derivatives markets, developing several investment programmes starting in the 1990s, expanding this area to create cash and synthetic CDOs and conduits. He is a frequent guest on CNBC’s “Squawk Box” and has lectured on finance at various universities.

    Cliff holds a BA in Economics from Yale University and an MBA from Columbia University. He maintains Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and is a member of the Fixed Income Analysts Society. He is also an Associated Person (Series 3) with the National Futures Association.

    Serkan joined in 2012 and is Head of the Client Solutions Group at Insight. Serkan works on the design and delivery of investment solutions tailored to address the specific risk and return objectives of Insight’s clients. In September 2018, Serkan became a member of Insight’s Executive Management Committee.

    He joined Insight from DTZ where he was an Executive Committee Member and Global Head of Investment and Asset Management. Prior to this, Serkan spent nine years at Barclays Capital where he co-founded and managed the bank’s risk management solutions business for UK defined benefit pension schemes. He started his career working as a management consultant at the New York office of Booz Allen & Hamilton Inc.

    Serkan holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College (USA), as well as a BSc in Electrical Engineering and a BSc in Physics from Bogazici University (Turkey). Serkan also holds his Series 3 license and is an Associated Person with the National Futures Association.

    Jane was appointed as General Counsel of Insight in November 2011 and is responsible for managing the compliance function and legal risk of Insight. Jane joined the Executive Management Committee in May 2016.

    Before joining Insight, Jane worked at BlackRock (and its predecessor companies) as Head of the Legal Team for all issues in EMEA ex. pooled funds. She has also worked as a solicitor at Lloyds of London and started her career in 1990 at Kingsley Napley.

    Jane has a first class LLB degree in Law from the University of Warwick and a BCL degree in law from the University of Oxford. She is a member of the Law Society and holds the Investment Management Certificate from the CFA Society of the UK.

    Jonathan joined Insight in May 2017 as Chief Risk Officer.

    Prior to Insight, Jonathan was Chief Risk Officer at Man Group for six years, with overall responsibility for both corporate and fund risk management. Jonathan began his career at JP Morgan in 1987 where he spent 14 years, as a trader and marketer in the Global Swap Group while based in London, Tokyo and Singapore. He ultimately became Head of Interest Rate Options and Exotics trading in Tokyo, before being appointed Head of Corporate Risk Management for Asia. Subsequently, Jonathan held senior market risk roles at Deutsche Bank, as head of G10 Interest Rate Risk and later as head of Non Traded Market Risk; and then at Barclays Bank, as Group Head of Market Risk.

    Jonathan holds an MA in Mathematics and Management from Queens' College, Cambridge University.

    Lynne joined Insight in October 2015 as Head of Human Resources and a member of the Executive Management Committee. She joined having spent three years at Alliance Trust where, as Director of Human Resources and Corporate Services, she was responsible for HR, people development and change management initiatives.

    Prior to this, Lynne was Director of Human Resources and Corporate Services at Scottish Widows Investment Partnership in Edinburgh. She has also held senior HR roles at Murray Johnstone and Scottish Amicable Investment Managers.

    Lynne holds a BA in Law and Economics and a Degree (Single Hons) in Law, both from the University of Strathclyde.

    Andrew joined Insight in April 2003 following the acquisition of Rothschild Asset Management Limited (RAM) and was named Head of the Financial Solutions Group in September 2003. In November 2009, Andrew joined the Executive Management Committee as Chief Investment Officer – Solutions and was appointed to his current role as Executive Vice Chairman in September 2018.

    He has 35 years of investment experience, spanning both the UK and overseas institutional markets. Throughout this time, he has championed the development and use of derivatives and risk management techniques within institutional funds. He is one of the industry’s pioneering architects of liability-driven investment and has been responsible for leading Insight’s capability in this area.

    Outside the institutional market, Andrew has been responsible for innovating derivative-based structured products that have become a significant feature of the retail investment market.

    Jon joined Insight as Chief Operating Officer in October 2019 with overall responsibility for Operations, IT, Business Change and Corporate Strategy.

    Before joining Insight, Jon was the Global Chief Operating Officer and sat on the management board of DWS, the publicly listed spin-out of Deutsche Banks’s asset management business. Jon has a wealth of experience within the financial services industry and has a strong background in both Technology and Operations.

    Jon began his career at JPMorgan where he spent 17 years in a variety of technology and business roles across the globe including nine years in Asia. He joined Deutsche Bank in London in 2007 as the Global Chief Operating Officer for the Rates and Commodities business and moved to Deutsche’s Asset and Wealth management business in 2012 to become their Global Chief Operating Officer.

    Jon holds a BSc in Electronic Engineering from the University of Southampton.

    Seth joined Insight in October 2017 and has oversight of the development and maintenance of the compliance program with respect to SEC and other US rules and regulations for Insight in North America.

    Prior to joining Insight, he spent over eight years as the Chief Compliance Officer at Brookfield Investment Management Inc. where he had oversight of the firm’s compliance department and was responsible for the implementation of Brookfield’s compliance policies and procedures.

    Seth has over 18 years of compliance experience. Prior to joining Brookfield Investment Management Inc., he was a Vice President and Compliance Officer at OppenheimerFunds Inc. Additionally, Seth previously served as an Associate and Attorney with Goldman Sachs Asset Management. In addition, he is a frequent speaker at industry seminars and conferences.

    Seth holds a BA from the University of Florida and a JD from the University of Miami School of Law.

    James joined Insight’s Legal Department in December 2015, as US General Counsel, based in the New York office. Prior to Insight, James spent six years at Neuberger Berman as Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel, responsible for the firm’s institutional business. James has also held the position of Managing Director/Principal with Bear Stearns Asset Management and JP Morgan.

    James holds the degree of Bachelor of Science in Communications (with honors) from Ohio University and also gained a Juris Doctor degree (with honors) from New York Law School. He is a member of the New York State bar.
