Adrian Grey

Adrian Grey

Global Chief Investment Officer, Member of the Executive Management Committee

Adrian joined Insight in April 2003 as Head of European Fixed Income following the acquisition of Rothschild Asset Management Limited (RAM).

In September 2003, he was appointed Deputy Head of Fixed Income and in 2005 became Head of Fixed Income. Adrian joined the Executive Management Committee in October 2012 and in 2016, he became Chief Investment Officer – Active Management.

In September 2018, Adrian took on his current role as Global Chief Investment Officer responsible for the oversight of the firm’s investment management teams. Before joining Insight, he was a Director in the Fixed Income Team at RAM focusing on European research and global portfolios.

Prior to joining RAM in 1994, he spent four years working in bond sales for UBS Phillips & Drew and three years managing international bond portfolios at ARCA, Milan. He has a BA honours degree in Economics and Politics from Warwick University and an MA in International Economics and International Relations from Johns Hopkins University in the US.

Colm is CEO of Insight Investment Management (Europe) Limited, Insight’s EU-domiciled entity headquartered in Dublin. He is an executive member of the Board for Insight’s European entities and holds a number of senior roles across the firm including membership of Insight’s Global Investment Strategy Group.

Colm joined Insight in 2008 in London, as Head of Emerging Market Fixed Income having started his financial services career in 1996 which has involved roles as Head of Emerging Market Fixed Income at Aberdeen Asset Management and in fixed income trading at Bank of America.

He is a former Chair of the Irish Funds Investment Association where he remains a Board member and currently participates in a number of government/industry advisory groups.  Colm graduated with a degree in Business and Law from University College Dublin.

Mairead McGuinness

Former European Commissioner for Financial Services, Financial Stability and Capital Markets Union (2020-2024)

Mairead McGuinness shaped Europe's financial policy on regulation of Crypto, financial sector stability, Capital Markets Union, and Banking Union pushing for a completion of the single market for capital. 

She placed a particular focus on empowering citizens through lifting financial literacy skills. Before her Commission role, she served sixteen years as an MEP, including as First Vice-President of the European Parliament.

She currently serves as Vice-President of the European People's Party, keeping her at the centre of Europe's strategic direction as  the EU strives to improve the business environment, builds greater resilience and preparedness in an uncertain world.

Mairead spent 24 years as an award-winning journalist and broadcaster before entering politics in 2004. She brings her considerable experience of policy across many sectors from farming to food, environment, finance, innovation and digital. 

In a shifting geopolitical landscape she sees the importance of a strong European response, a razor sharp focus on resilience and completing the single market for the benefit of citizens and businesses.  University College Dublin recognised her impact with an Honorary Doctorate in 2024. She holds a degree in Agriculture Economics and a Diploma in Accounting and Finance.

Raman Srivastava, CFA

Chief Executive Officer, Member of the Insight Board and Executive Management Committee. Global Head of Active Management at BNY Investments

Raman was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Insight in April 2025. In January 2026, his role was expanded to Global Head of Active Management at BNY Investments where he is accountable for oversight of BNY Investments’ active fixed income, equity and multi-asset investment platforms, including Insight Investment.

In his role as CEO of Insight Investment, he leads the Executive Management Committee and is responsible for overseeing the firm's strategic direction and overall operations. With over 25 years of experience in the investment industry, Raman brings deep investment expertise and a strong track record of leadership.

Prior to joining Insight, he served as Executive Vice-President and Global Chief Investment Officer at Great-West Lifeco. There, he was a key member of the senior executive team, working closely with the CEO and Board of Directors on a broad range of investment, capital market, and strategic initiatives.

Raman has held prominent leadership roles across North America, the UK and Europe, including serving as Director and Chair of the Board for several asset management firms, covering both public and private markets.

Earlier in his career, he was Managing Director of Global Fixed Income at Mellon Investments and spent more than a decade at Putnam Investments as a fixed income portfolio manager. Raman holds a Master of Science in Computational Finance from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Mathematics, Actuarial Science from the University of Waterloo. He is a CFA charterholder.

Serkan Bektas

Serkan Bektas

Head of Client Solutions Group, Member of the Executive Management Committee

Serkan joined in 2012 and is Head of the Client Solutions Group (CSG) at Insight. The CSG includes Insight’s Solution Design, Client Relationship Management, Client Service and Investment Specialist teams.

The CSG is focussed on the effective design of our solutions and the achievement of our clients’ objectives and interfaces with our clients on all aspects of their Insight experience from investment strategy input to relationship management to day-to-day interactions. In September 2018, Serkan became a member of Insight’s Executive Management Committee.

He joined Insight from DTZ where he was an Executive Committee Member and Global Head of Investment and Asset Management. Prior to this, Serkan spent nine years at Barclays Capital where he co-founded and managed the bank’s risk management solutions business for UK defined benefit pension schemes.

He started his career working as a management consultant at the New York office of Booz Allen & Hamilton Inc. Serkan holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College (USA), as well as a BSc in Electrical Engineering and a BSc in Physics from Bogazici University (Turkey).
