    Application process for graduates

    Online Application: You will be asked to complete some basic information and a questionnaire. We do not require your CV.

    Video Interview: The video interview will be a mixture of technical and competency-based questions and an opportunity for you to ask questions to current Insight employees.

    Assessment Centre: Normally we ask you to produce a report on a certain topic which you will then present to members of the business. You will also take part in a group exercise as well as an interview with a member of the business area you have applied for.
