Client Director, Client Solutions Group
Isabelle joined Insight’s Client Relationship Team in January 2011 focusing on servicing European clients. Prior to joining Insight, Isabelle worked at Capital International as a Client Marketing Associate with marketing communication responsibilities for institutional clients. She started at Capital International, as an Account Co-ordination Associate, in 2002. Isabelle began her career in 2001 in the Product Support Team at Barclays Private Banking. She holds BA (honours) degree in Business Administration from the University of Greenwich, London and the Investment Management Certificate from the CFA Society of the UK.
Head of Consultant Relations Europe
Mark joined Insight in July 2005 as Head of Institutional Business Development, UK & Ireland and was made Head of Consultant Relationship Management, UK & Ireland in September 2016. At Insight, Mark has been instrumental in developing Insight’s client base, particularly in the LDI area where he has extensive experience.
As a senior member of Insight’s Distribution Division, Mark was also responsible for managing a number of large strategic client relationships. Mark joined Insight from Société Générale, where he was head of an industry team managing relationships with major UK corporates and prior to this spent over 10 years at Deutsche Bank in a similar role.
Mark has been an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers since 1987 and holds the Investment Management Certificate from the CFA Society of the UK.
Client Lead, Client Solutions Group
Steve joined Insight in August 2005 and is a member of the Client Solutions Group. Steve works on the design and delivery of investment solutions tailored to address the specific risk and return objectives of Insight’s clients. Prior to Insight, Steve held various roles at Schroders where he was Executive Director, Strategic Solutions and a client director for major UK pension funds. He began his career at Schroders in 1985 as a UK equity portfolio manager and client director. In 2000, he assumed the role of Head of Multi-Asset Portfolios for UK institutional clients and in 2001 he established Schroders Strategic Advice Unit which he then led. Steve holds a BSc first class honours degree in Managerial and Administrative Studies from Aston University and is an Associate of the CFA Society of the UK. Steve also holds his Series 3 license and is an Associated Person with the National Futures Association.
Head of Client Solutions Group, Member of the Executive Management Committee
Serkan joined in 2012 and is Head of the Client Solutions Group at Insight. Serkan works on the design and delivery of investment solutions tailored to address the specific risk and return objectives of Insight’s clients. In September 2018, Serkan became a member of Insight’s Executive Management Committee. He joined Insight from DTZ where he was an Executive Committee Member and Global Head of Investment and Asset Management. Prior to this, Serkan spent nine years at Barclays Capital where he co-founded and managed the bank’s risk management solutions business for UK defined benefit pension schemes. He started his career working as a management consultant at the New York office of Booz Allen & Hamilton Inc. Serkan holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College (USA), as well as a BSc in Electrical Engineering and a BSc in Physics from Bogazici University (Turkey). Serkan also holds his Series 3 license and is an Associated Person with the National Futures Association.
Deputy Head of Client Relationship Management, Client Solutions Group
Tim joined Insight in May 2013 as a Client Director, becoming Deputy Head of Client Relationship Management in January 2019. Prior to Insight, Tim spent nine years at Barclays Capital, with five years spent as part of the Pension Solutions Team, managing relationships with a client base of pension schemes, consultants and associated asset management firms. He began this role as Head of Asset Solutions before moving in 2011 to lead the Equity and Funds Solutions Team, with a greater focus on hedging asset risk for pension schemes and asset managers. Prior to his pension solutions role, he was in the Credit Structuring Team, responsible for clients across Northern Europe and the Middle East. Tim started his career in 1999 at Merrill Lynch also as part of the Credit Structuring Team. Tim graduated with an MEng in Engineering Science from Worcester College, Oxford University. Tim holds his Series 3, 7 and 63 licenses, is an Associated Person with the National Futures Association and a Registered Representative.
Marianne joined Insight’s Client Relationship Team in March 2014 as a Client Director. Prior to joining Insight, Marianne worked at Towers Watson as an investment consultant advising clients on design, implementation and monitoring of investment strategies. Marianne started her career with Siemens Financial Services in Munich, Germany as a junior consultant within the Pension Advisory Department. She holds a Masters in International Business and Economics from the University of Innsbruck, Austria and the Investment Management Certificate from the CFA Society of the UK.
Mark joined Insight in October 2015 as a Client Director. Prior to Insight, Mark spent 17 years at Mercer as a senior investment consultant, advising pension funds on a range of aspects including investment strategy/asset allocation and mandate design. Mark graduated from the University of Manchester with a BA in Economics. He also holds the Investment Management Certificate from the CFA Society of the UK.
Head of Client Service, Client Solutions Group
Alex joined Insight in December 2012 as a Client Service Manager, becoming Head of Client Service in January 2019. In this role, he is responsible for the oversight of service delivery to clients and the wider support of the Client Solutions Group. Prior to joining Insight, Alex spent nine years at Goldman Sachs International as Executive Director in Securities Operations, responsible for EMEA Asset Servicing. He has also held positions in operational client service with Morgan Stanley and Inter Alliance plc. Alex graduated from Liverpool University with a BA in Economics and he also holds the Investment Management Certificate from the CFA Society of the UK. In addition, he holds the Certificate in Financial Planning and the G10 Taxation and Trusts Certificate, both from the Chartered Insurance Institute and he also obtained the Investment Operations Certificate (IOC) (formally known as the IAQ) from the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.
Global Head of Consultant Relationship Management
Paul joined Insight in July 2010 as the Head of Consultant Relationship in Insight’s Client and Consultant Relationship Management Team. Prior to joining Insight, Paul spent three years at M&G Investments as the Head of Global Consultant Relations. He has also held consultant relationship positions at Blackrock and Gartmore.
Paul started his investment career in 1999 at Credit Suisse Asset Management. Paul began his working career as a Pensions Consultant holding positions with Nobles Lowndes, the Nationwide Pension Fund and SBJ Benefit Consultants. He holds a BA (Hons) in Ancient History from Queens University, Belfast and an M.Litt in Classics from the University of Edinburgh.
Paul also holds the Investment Management Certificate from the CFA Society of the UK and the FPMI from the Pensions Management Institute. In addition, Paul holds his series 3 licence and is an Associated Person with the National Futures Association.

Lennox joined Insight in August 2017 as Head of EMEA Consultant Relations. Prior to Insight, Lennox spent 17 years at Aon Hewitt. Here, he was Global Head of Fixed Income Manager Research where the team’s remit covered traditional and unconstrained fixed income strategies as well as LDI approaches. He was also a member of Aon’s Global Investment Committee. Prior to joining the research team he was part of the Client Consulting Team. Lennox holds a BSc in Statistics and Actuarial Science from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg. He also holds a certificate in Investment and Finance from the Institute of Actuaries.
Graham joined Insight’s Client Relationship Team in April 2003, following the acquisition of Rothschild Asset Management Limited (RAM) where he was Head of Client Service and UK Sales. Prior to this, he worked for fund management and investment consulting companies. Graham has over 30 years’ experience in investment management. He holds a BSc (Hon) degree in Statistics from City University.
Consultant Relations Director
Natalia is a member of Insight’s Global Consultant Relationship Team, where she is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with a number of investment consultants. She is also responsible for managing a number of client relationships in Europe. She initially joined Insight in 2008, working in the European Institutional Business Development Team. She joined Insight from Bloomberg where she worked in the exchange-traded funds Product Management Team and prior to that as a Mutual Funds Analyst. Natalia holds a MA (Hons) degree in International Business with German from the University of Edinburgh. As part of her degree, she held positions at Intel as an EMEA Retail Business Analyst and Heidelberg Druckmaschinen AG as a Risk Control Analyst. She also holds the Investment Management Certificate from the CFA Society of the UK and has passed level I of the CFA programme.
Lina joined Insight’s Client Relationship Team in April 2012 as a Client Director. She became Deputy Head of Client Relationship Management in January 2019. Prior to joining Insight, Lina worked at Credit Suisse as a Vice President responsible for derivative solution sales to UK asset managers. Prior to this, she worked as a strategy consultant at Coalition Development, undertaking competitor analysis for financial institutions. Lina started her career with Schlumberger in their Oil Field Services Division. She holds a first class Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College and a Diplome d’Etude Superieur in Engineering Management Industrialisation and Logistics from Ecole Centrale de Lyon. Lina also holds Level 3 certificates in Securities and Derivatives from the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments.
Blanca König, CFA
Blanca joined Insight in December 2018 as a Client Director. Prior to Insight, Blanca spent three years at DWS, latterly as the Head of Index Investment Specialists, where she also oversaw the structuring of the fixed income ETF range. She started her career in financial services at BlackRock (formerly BGI) in 2003 in business development. She went on to hold various roles including Fixed Income Investment Specialist and Senior Sales Strategist. Blanca graduated from Berufsakademie Berlin, Germany, with a Diplom Betriebswirt (BA equivalent) in Business Administration and Finance. She is also a CFA charterholder.
Alex joined the Client Relationship Management Team as a Client Director in January 2019. He is responsible for servicing pooled and segregated institutional clients investing in a range of asset classes and funds. Prior to this, he was a Senior Client Service Specialist. He initially joined Insight in April 2003 following the acquisition of Rothschild Asset Management Limited (RAM) as a Finance Analyst. He moved to the Data and Reporting Team as a Data Analyst in July 2005. In September 2007, Alex was appointed as a Client Service Associate. He became a Senior Client Service Specialist in June 2012, working directly alongside our client directors in the day-to-day servicing of a range of our institutional clients. Prior to joining RAM in 2000, Alex worked at AXA Global Risks as a Settlements Clerk. He holds the Investment Management Certificate from the CFA Society of the UK.
Institutional Business Development Director
Sherilee joined Insight in November 2011 as an Institutional Business Development Director. The Business Development Team is responsible for direct marketing, including to corporates, pension schemes and charities. Prior to Insight, Sherilee was a Senior Sales Director at Union Bancaire Privee where she was responsible for marketing their complete range of products to wealth managers, private banks and investment banks.
She previously worked at Man Group and was responsible for marketing hedge funds and private equity solutions to pension schemes and also at JP Morgan Chase as a Relationship Manager covering all aspects of servicing for a major asset manager.
Hossein joined Insight’s Client Relationship Team in August 2012 as a Client Director responsible for servicing institutional clients in the UK. Prior to joining Insight, Hossein worked at Orbis as a Client Manager responsible for servicing an institutional client base in the UK and Middle East. He previously spent nine years at Russell Investments in a number of roles including time as an Investment Consultant, providing strategic advice to a range of institutional clients. Hossein started his career with Lonworld Investments as an Investment Analyst. He holds a BSc degree in Economics from University College, London. Hossein also holds the Investment Management Certificate from the CFA Society of the UK and the Investment Advisory Certificate.
Robert joined Insight in January 2016 as an Institutional Business Development Director. The Business Development Team is responsible for direct marketing, including to corporates, pension schemes and charities. Prior to Insight, Robert worked at Morgan Stanley for over 14 years, latterly as a vice president in liquidity sales.
He holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Syracuse University and the Investment Management Certificate from the CFA Society of the UK. Robert also holds the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) designation.
Head of Client Relationship Management, Client Solutions Group
Marc is Insight’s Head of Client Relationship Management, responsible for the oversight of our team of client directors. He initially joined Insight in July 2018 as a Client Director. Prior to Insight, Marc had rejoined Mercer in 2009, spent nine years as Partner and Senior Investment Consultant at Mercer. He also held the role of Senior investment Consultant at Mercer for seven years, between 2000 and 2007. In between his Mercer tenures, he worked at Legal and General Group for two years, first as Group Head of ALM and then as Director - Annuities Investment Strategy. Marc has also held actuarial and risk management roles at Old Mutual and Standard Life. He started his career in financial services in 1991, as an Actuarial Associate. Marc graduated from University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg with a BSc in Mathematical Statistics and Actuarial Science. He is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA).
Sugan joined Insight as a client director in June 1997 with responsibility for reporting to pooled and segregated clients investing in a range of asset classes and funds. Prior to joining Insight, Sugan worked at Sedgwick Noble Lowndes (now Mercer) where she was an Employee Benefits Consultant. Sugan graduated from the University of London with a BSc honours degree in Mathematics and Statistics. Sugan holds the Investment Management Certificate from the CFA Society of the UK and has been a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute since 2002.
Jonathan joined Insight in October 2006 as an Institutional Business Development Director. The Business Development Team is responsible for direct marketing, including to corporates, pension schemes and charities. Jonathan joined from Zurich Financial Services (formerly Eagle Star) which he joined in 1986, latterly as Head of DC Client Servicing with responsibility for their large corporate pension fund relationships.
He holds a BSc degree in Hotel and Catering Management from Manchester Metropolitan University. He has completed units 1, 2 and 3 of the Financial Planning Certificate from the Chartered Insurance Institute and the Investment Management Certificate from the CFA Society of the UK.
Lloyd Raynor, CFA
Lloyd is a Client Director in the Client Solutions Group responsible for servicing UK institutional clients. Prior to joining Insight in January 2015, Lloyd spent seven years at Russell Investments, latterly in the Pension Solutions Group. In this role, he was responsible for both fiduciary and advisory UK pension fund relationships. Previously, Lloyd worked in the investment consulting groups of both Towers Watson and Mercer. Lloyd joined the investment industry in 2000. He graduated from Magdalen College, University of Oxford, with an MA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics. As well as being a CFA charterholder, he holds the CAIA designation.
Head of Business Development, UK and Ireland
Andrew joined Insight in June 2017 and is responsible for leading the firm’s sales effort in the UK and Ireland for our wide client base, including corporates, pension schemes and charities. Andrew brings over 25 years of industry experience having worked in various senior business development, structuring and appointed actuary roles.
Prior to Insight, Andrew spent seven years in markets and then asset management coverage at Deutsche Bank and two years in longevity structuring at Credit Suisse. He spent the first 18 years of his career at Watson Wyatt (now Willis Towers Watson) where latterly he led the Corporate Consulting Group. Andrew holds an MA in Mathematics from Lady Margaret Hall, Oxford University. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries.
Philip Senior, CFA
Philip joined the Client Relationship Management Team as a Client Director in January 2019. He is responsible for designing investment solutions and servicing clients in France, Ireland and the UK across the full range of asset classes. Philip initially joined Insight in March 2013 as a Solution Designer where he worked on the design and delivery of investment solutions tailored to address the specific risk and return objectives of Insight’s clients. Prior to joining Insight, Philip spent two years at UBS working in their debt capital markets division, creating structured finance solutions for Northern European financial institutions. He began his career in 2009 as an analyst specialising in asset-backed securities at Rabobank. Philip graduated from Oxford University with an MEng in Engineering Science and is also a CFA charterholder.
Mihir joined Insight in April 2015 as a Client Director. Prior to Insight, Mihir spent seven years at Towers Watson as a senior investment consultant, advising pension funds and endowment funds on a range of aspects including investment strategy/asset allocation and mandate design. Mihir started his career at Barnett Waddingham, where he spent four years as an actuarial analyst. Mihir graduated from the London School of Economics with a BSc (Hons) in Actuarial Science. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries.
Head of Distribution, EMEA
Andrew joined Insight in July 2019 as Head of Distribution, EMEA. He is responsible for driving Insight’s business development strategy in EMEA, and working with clients and their advisers in the delivery of outcome-oriented investment solutions. Andrew joined Insight having spent 19 years at BlackRock (including his time at BGI), where he held a number a senior distribution roles with oversight for business strategy, business development and client service for institutional clients. Andrew was also a responsible for the launch and development of BGI’s Switzerland branch. Earlier in his career, Andrew led BGI’s performance measurement function, analysing and attributing investment performance across the asset class spectrum. He holds a B.Comm in Law from Stellenbosch University, South Africa and is also a CFA charterholder.
Peter joined Insight’s Client Relationship Team in January 2001 and has over 25 years’ experience in investment management. Before joining Insight, Peter worked at Halifax Fund Management Ltd, which he joined in 1994, holding various roles, initially as a Japanese then Pacific Basin Portfolio Manager, then Head of Overseas Equities and latterly as Head of UK Equities. He began his career at CIS Ltd as a US Portfolio Manager’s Assistant before becoming a Japanese Portfolio Manager. Peter holds a BA (Hons) degree in French from the University of Birmingham.
